Ron Prosser
Chairman and CEO
Green Charge Networks founder, Chairman and CEO, Ron Prosser, had a long and successful executive career with Boeing and Rockwell in the aerospace and energy industries. His impressive achievements include serving as the President of Boeing Services Co., Vice President of Advanced Systems, and he was a member of the Strategic Planning Council. Ron also served as Mission Control Center Director of Operations at the Johnson Space Center while at Rockwell. Ron is an active leader in smart-grid infrastructure and energy storage, with a focus on electric vehicle charging. Ron currently serves as the U.S. China Clean Energy Forum Co-Chairman for Smart Grid. He has an engineering degree and an MBA from The University of Washington.
Ryan Prosser
President and COO
Ryan has a strong track record in new business startups and international markets. Previously, he headed up the international efforts for FBD, where he was responsible for the sales of new and remanufactured foodservice equipment, including distribution, installation, service and repair. He created an FBD presence in more than 10 Asian countries, winning significant accounts in each region in addition to developing new revenue streams. Prior to joining FBD, Ryan worked at Science Applications International Corporation as a business manager. Ryan holds a MBA of the London Business School and University of Hong Kong and has a BA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Vic Shao
Executive Vice President and CTO
Vic is a proven engineering and software development technologist, with in-depth knowledge of smart systems integration. Vic began his enterprise systems career at Oracle and was responsible for developing intelligent mobile networked systems. He also served as COO of Mobilearia, a successful mobile technology startup that he built and eventually sold. Vic leads engineering activities related to smart systems integrations and software development. He is a contributing and voting member for SAE's push for EV and charging infrastructure standards and a contributor to the EPRI‚ PV/Storage Communication Standardization Project. Vic is also on the review board for National Electric Code (NEC)'s Article 625 and 626 for EV charging infrastructure installation. He has an engineering degree from The University of Virginia and an MBA from UC Berkley.
Brian AsparroBrian has a strong background in strategy, operations and finance along with a successful track record in starting businesses. Previously, Brian worked for Moody Analytics (a subsidiary of Moody Corporation) for seven years. After roles in strategy, research and product development, Brian moved to Hong Kong in 2005 to build a consulting practice for the Asian region. He secured several multi-million dollar engagements, grew the practice to a $10 million business employing 20 professionals in four countries. Prior to Moody's, Brian held positions in the investment banking and financial consulting industries. He received his MBA from Northwestern University (Kellogg) and completed his undergraduate degree at Fairfield University.
Phil GowPhil has been developing innovative energy storage and management solutions for two decades, with much of his early experience focused on the development of the advanced battery system for GM's EV1. Prior to joining GCN, Phil was Vice President of Battery Systems with CODA Automotive. He has also held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Texaco Ovonic Battery Systems, Avestor, Sion Power and International Battery. With nine patents and seven patents pending, Phil is committed to the continued development of novel and practical solutions to the challenges posed by efficient energy management, storage, and distributiony. Phil holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a BSc in Biochemistry from Carleton University.
Arthur Kressner
Strategic Advisor
Arthur serves as a strategic advisor to Green Charge Networks for energy, Smart Grid and electric vehicle programs. Arthur spent 21 years with Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc, including a long tenure as the Director of Research and Development. His department focused on technology for electricity transmission, distribution, control center operations, substations, customer operations and energy efficiency. This research results in the development, demonstration, and deployment of new power delivery equipment, software models, sensors, feasibility, and engineering studies. He has been in leadership roles at local, state and national levels in areas of energy policy, energy efficiency, customer end-use and various national environmental and public health programs. Artie recently co-authored Computer-Aided Lean Management for The Energy Industry a book describing the application of lean management principles to the energy industry as well as co-authored many papers related to energy efficiency, information technology, management and computer modeling. He has several patents related to EV charging. He is a graduate engineer with a Bachelor degree from Brooklyn Polytechnic and Masters from New York University.
Suril is the Vice President of Hotel Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group — a large real estate private equity fund with $18 billion of assets under management. He is responsible for originating, structuring and closing both debt and equity investments in hospitality and real estate. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2005, Suril was with Gleacher Partners in New York where he was a member of the Investment Banking team focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Suril has an undergraduate degree from Stanford University.
